April Robin is my fashion project dedicated to Venusian values of beauty and harmony, celebrating femininity, tenderness, sensuality and softness.

The collections are inspired by astrological archetypes whose traits and characteristics are woven into the motifs and cuts of unique and handcrafted garments. While most collections are solely made with my motifs, some collections are made in collaboration with other artists.
Virgo collection was made in collaboration with my friend and illustrator Višnja Sušak, where I incorporated her meticulous illustrations into amphora shapes.
Libra collection was made together with poet Jelena Vuković, who wrote unique poems to serve as amulets for the person wearing the dress. Each poem was carefully transferred under the collar, preserving the potency of the written medicine.

The materials used are new or upcycled cotton, and all the pieces are hand painted with cyanotype.

All pieces are currently on display and available for purchase at design store Studio 78, Zagreb.
